Foot for thought: Heather’s broken foot fund

As we all found out recently, our good friend Heather fractured her foot in 3 places last week.  She had titanium screws put in her ankle and is on the long road to recovery. As many of you know Heather, she never asks for help and always puts friends and family before her, so myself, her best friends, and mom decided to do this for her.  Sadly, like most in the bar industry Heather does not have insurance. As you can imagine the orthopedic visits, the surgery which was ball parked 40-60g and months of physical therapy are compounding thousands and thousands in medical bills . Not to mention, she will not make any money unless she is working and will not be able to be full time for at least 8 weeks! She and her family have had many friends reach out to help in any way so here is one way to help her with paying medical bills, mortgage and life while she is off duty. $1 goes a long way. We would love to help her make the ends meet until she is back on her good foot and able to bring income in again.
