Heather Zapalowski Hughes

Dear Family and Friends,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of our dear friend Heather.  As we all know Heather was fighting a tough battle.  As her conditions have been a rollercoaster of events for everyone we have been working diligently behind the scenes to make sure her son and family are also taken care of. 

Heather was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother and friend who will be missed dearly and never forgotten.
 
We are all devastated by the loss our sweet friend, Heather.  We want to give Heather the memorial she deserves.  We are asking each of you who have experienced her beautiful heart and smile to donate to cover the high cost of her funeral and any hardship that presents this family down the road.
