Hi, my name is Heather Mayer, and I’m reaching out for help as I prepare to travel to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota this July. The funds are to help me pay for gas and lodging as i will be there for 5 days.

For the past couple of years, I’ve been struggling with major stomach issues that have deeply affected my health and quality of life. Despite seeing multiple doctors locally, I haven’t gotten the answers or care I desperately need. It’s been frustrating, discouraging, and exhausting.

I finally have an opportunity to go to the Mayo Clinic — one of the best in the country — for five days of extensive testing and evaluation. I’m hopeful that this trip will finally lead to a real diagnosis and a path toward healing.

Unfortunately, this journey comes with expenses I’m not able to manage on my own. I’m asking for help to cover the cost of lodging, food, and travel during my stay in Rochester. Anything you can give — whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page — would mean so much to me.
