Heather needs your help Medi Flight and Medical

It was one happy island. Heather and her husband were enjoying their anniversary vacation in Aruba when they were broadsided by a pickup truck.  Their rental car was smashed and rolled and ended up stuck under a tree branch.  The rescue team cut the car open and got Donny and Heather out.  Heather has sustained a broken neck, 6 broken ribs, a broken lower vertebrae and has internal bleeding.  
Meanwhile, the hospital only accepts cash and credit cards and they are looking to collect.  The doctor at the hospital says she will need to be medi flown back to the states for care.  She cannot take a commercial flight in her condition.
