Heather & Ashleay Race for Cancer Research

We are proud to be on the committee for the American Cancer Society 2019 Celebration Gala. This devastating disease has drastically affected both of our lives. In 2017 Heather’s mom, Patricia, was diagnosed with stage 2 pancreatic cancer. Due to advancements in diagnosis and treatment plans she has been in remission since August 2018. Unfortunately, 4 years ago Ashleay’s grandmother, Doris, lost her life to stage 4 non-smokers lung cancer.

We are joining the fight against cancer with the hope that through funding research & prevention that someone’s mom, dad, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, loved one, friend or co-worker will be prevented from enduring this devastating experience.
