Heat and Hot Water for Tabatha and her kids

Tabatha is an amazing Ed Tech who is extremely caring to our students and an even more amazing single mom who has dedicated her life to her children. This year has been an extremely difficult one for her and she has a special needs child that has had a difficult year full of challenges as well. She has broken her foot, dealt with challenges surrounding her special needs child, lost her step-dad a couple of weeks ago that she was very close to and now her heater and hot water system has completely broken (a few days after losing her step-dad). It is a unique system that can only be serviced by one provider and we want to be able to bless her with the money to get an entirely new system that can be serviced by any HVAC company and that has the heater and water heater separate (this one is all one system, so when one part goes, the whole thing doesn't work). Please help us bless her. She has been without hot water now for almost two weeks so we'd like to get this money to her ASAP!
