Heartstrings Spring Fling Fundraiser

Millions of people have been, and will be affected by the Corona Virus, Heartstrings Unlimited is no exception, and we need your help.

Heartstrings, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was founded on the belief that people with disabilities are “differently-abled” individuals, and our mission is to promote self-sufficiency of MN young adults by fostering independence, supporting individuality, and inspiring life-long skills in a safe environment.

Currently, we have four men living at the Heartstring’s ILS home in Savage, MN and 13 people in need of home support services. Our annual fundraiser to help with expenses has been cancelled due to the Corona Virus.

The $20,000 that we had intended to raise at our fundraiser was earmarked for critical infrastructure needed at the ILS Home in Savage. In addition to the critical infrastructure repairs, we now need funds to help celebrate Easter, as the young men who live there will no longer be able to celebrate with their families, to purchase PPE and for supporting our staff at the ILS home who continue to show up every day!

Heartstrings is supporting those who are differently-abled by helping them to become individual contributors in our community. Please help us reach our goal of $20,000 and allow us to continue our mission.
