Hi, I'm Graham Frost, and I'm raising money to help me to use my lived experience to help vulnerable young people create better lives for themselves.

In the first 25 years of my life, I escaped from a cult, experienced homelessness, went to prison and recovered from testicular cancer.

I have made Heart-Shaped Decisions all my life, and now I'm using my experience to help young people to make better choices for themselves. Along with my co-directors David Hyner and Mark Wingfield, I have formed a Community Interest Company to deliver this work.

However much or little you can afford will help me to make a real positive difference to the lives of young people.

Your donations will be used to pay for our expenses while delivering our work to inspire and motivate young people.
