Hearts for Peanut

My name is Valeria Hale. Peanut is my first grandbaby. Antoine (Peanut) was born on February 13, 2025, with a rare heart defect. Congenital Discontinuous Pulmonary Artery, in which his artery from his heart is not connected to his lung. Between 1 in 200000 to 1 in 300000 are diagnosed with this disease every year. He has a stent as a temporary fix. The goal for him is to get the artery permanently connected with open-heart surgery at 6 months old. We are raising the money for any medical bills, missing work for his parents, and anything they need help with while he is in the hospital. Surgery will be at UNC Chapel Hill, which is 2 hours away from home. Thank you all. Have a blessed day!
