Heartlands parkrun marathon

This year, I have been trying out this speed training thing

I have been using my local parkrun at Heartlands which is a friendly, fast and flatish run.

Parkrun's ethos of free for all relies on its volunteers but it leaves me with guilty feelings as I am unable to volunteer because of commitments.

So, what can I do to help?

Ummm, how about a Heartlands parkrun marathon?

Yeah, that sounds stupid enough

I will be running on Saturday 10th August

Starting at 5am, I'll run the Heartlands loop for 26 laps. Hopefully finishing with the regular runners at 10 to 10.30.

Heartlands is looking to raise money for a new defibrillator so if you could donate a few pennies, that would be lovely.
