We, the Year 11 Prom Committee at Heartlands High School, are excited to be organising the 2026 Prom an event that marks the end of our secondary school journey and the beginning of new opportunities ahead. This celebration is a milestone we’ve all been looking forward to: a night to recognise our hard work, reflect on how far we’ve come, and enjoy one final evening together before moving on to college, apprenticeships, and beyond.
However, we want our Prom to be inclusive, not just memorable. Without additional fundraising, ticket prices are simply too high for many students. Our goal is to significantly reduce the cost of tickets so that no one misses out due to financial pressure.
While we are running various fundraising events at school bake sales, snack stalls, Non-uniform days, and more we can’t reach our goal without the support of our wider community.
How Your Donation Can Make a Difference:
- £50: Fully covers a ticket for a student from a low-income household.
- £40: Helps reduce the ticket price for multiple students.
- £30: Supports essential decorations and venue costs to create a magical prom night.
- £10: Covers keepsake photo prints so students can take home lasting memories.
- £5: If 100 people give £5, we can bring ticket prices down for everyone.
Every contribution brings us one step closer to a prom that every Year 11 student can attend with pride and excitement and With your help, we aim to reduce this to £25 per ticket, ensuring everyone can attend.
Our Goal
We aim to raise £3,000+ for the 2026 Prom. This money will go directly toward reducing ticket prices, supporting students who need financial assistance, and creating a beautiful, unforgettable evening for our entire year group.
This isn’t just a celebration it’s a moment that honours our journey, our resilience, and our friendships. With your support, we can make sure each student has the chance to be part of it.
