Rafael (Tito) Lopez had been struggling with kidney and heart failure for some time. He was anxious to get a transplant. He was waiting for a transplant for both the kidney and the heart, unfortunately he lost his battle to heart failure on 1/30/2025. Due to his inability to work or collect any social services there are no insurance policies in place. Anything that can be donated to help with services and expenses would be appreciated.
