On Thursday, 21 Nov 2024, my sister Jo's house caught on fire around 2:30 AM. My sister's youngest daughter and the daughter's boyfriend died in the fire. Due to the stress of the situation, my brother-in-law Mitch also suffered a heart attack and was taken to the hospital. My sister lost her daughter, a friend, her home and belongings, along with her dog, in this devastating accident, caused by a space heater.

This unbelievable tragedy has left our family heartbroken and in shock. I'm requesting prayers for Jo, Mitch, and the entire Sarmiento family.
