Heartbroken After Losing My Cats to Parvo—Please Help

Hi, my name is Guillermo. I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but my heart is broken. In just a few days, I lost six of my sweet cats — Waffle, Cupcake, Peanut, Mango, Oatmeal, and Pumpkin — to a sudden and devastating parvo outbreak.
Twelve of my cats became sick almost overnight, and only six made it home. The others spent days at the vet, fighting for their lives. I did everything I possibly could — vet visits, treatments, isolation, and cleaning nonstop — but parvo spreads so quickly that sometimes, heartbreak finds you no matter how hard you try.
Aside from the heartbreak, I’ve been left with overwhelming vet and cremation costs. The clinic is allowing me to pay in installments over three months, but the monthly payments are still high and stressful — especially since I also need to save for my baby boy’s needs. Balancing urgent cat care and caring for a newborn has been frightening and exhausting.
Currently, I’m trying to recover — both emotionally and financially — while doing everything I can to keep my remaining cats safe and healthy.
If you’re able to help — whether it’s a small donation or just sharing this page — it would truly mean the world to me. Every bit goes directly toward paying these bills and ensuring my surviving cats receive the care they need.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story, and for caring about Waffle, Cupcake, Peanut, Mango, Oatmeal, and Pumpkin.
With all my gratitude,
Guillermo
