The classes open with a guided meditation, hypnosis, etc. to settle us into our own bodies and move into different forms of creative release. (scroll down for more info)
Sounds fun?? This is where you come in! I need some support and test subjects :)
All businesses need help getting off the ground, so if you believe this is something you'd like to see out in the world, it would help me immensely if you donated (even just $1) to my gofundme here. Eventually, we plan to work with trauma victims, nursing homes, businesses, and more to offer this unique form of healing and FUN for all. But for now, we need help getting the ball rolling. ANYTHING helps :)

*Classes are in flux, but initial concepts include but are not limited to*:
Kundalini in Color- don (or don’t) color therapy glasses, move through kundalini mediations, and create vibrant artwork that gets the glandular system pumping.
Hypnotic SugGESTion- A gestural drawing course paired with a deeply relaxing hypnosis that moves us toward acceptance and simplistic inner peace.
Be here, bespatter- an energetic, kinetic class channeling intense emotions into intense artwork. Splatter paint, paint balloons + darts, and other unconventional releases help funnel limbic momentum into art.
Painting with Prānā- A breath work class that pairs our breath cycles with our painting movements.
Art in Darkness- blind drawing/ painting class that emphasizes the beauty in surrender, and letting go of expectations.
On Mandala Mindfulness- a class perfect for those wanting a little more direction. Unique mandala coloring offers a creative way to root down, settling into our mindfulness practices.
Canvass Mat Yogi- Do some light stretching and a few yoga poses on your canvass to get the creative juices flowing, then create artwork directly on your mat, staying anchored to the present moment.
Calm Collabs- A group class collectively creating art and healing, with an emphasis on relaxation, connectivity and acceptance.
