Kristin was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy (Congestive Heart Failure) after having her second daughter almost a year ago.
On Thursday March 3rd, she was going in for her initial heart transplant visit but was immediately admitted to the UCSF Medical Hospital for having excess fluid build up in her chest and will now be there for a couple of weeks.
All of the funds will be used for any medical and other related expenses.
