Jeremy Sellin, is in critical condition at Mayo clinic After over 3 weeks of heart and health complications, he is now in need of a new heart. Jeremy has been listed for a heart transplant. His family is hopeful and by his side. His kids are at home in Duluth, and his wife Karen and his parents are by his side in Rochester

Jeremy arrived at the Mayo early Tuesday morning (4/8). His Doctor's have been working around the clock to assess him and get him listed for a transplant. There’s a sense of urgency in them and doing everything for a positive outcome. There’s still a lot of risk and things can change quick but we still have hope.

They are in need of help; the biggest help would be financially. With both Karen and Jeremy unable to work at this time while they wait for a new heart to become available and facing at least 3 months of recovery time in Rochester after a transplant at the Mayo before being able to return home.
