Join me in supporting Tim Groves as he fights for a new heart at Vanderbilt. Tim, my dad, was diagnosed with congestive heart failure after battling Covid at the beginning of 2021. Despite countless medications and doctor visits, his condition worsened this year, leading to multiple hospitalizations and an ICU stay at Centennial in Nashville. He underwent surgery to have a heart pump implanted and spent a day on a ventilator. Now, his only hope for a full recovery is a heart transplant, a costly procedure that his insurance does not fully cover. As his daughter, I want to repay his years of care by ensuring he receives the best treatment possible.
