Hello, this page was created on behalf of Rohan's Mother, Uzma Faraz, to raise the required funds and help Rohan get a life-saving heart transplant . At just 27 years old, Rohan has been battling cardiomyopathy for over a decade, a condition that has placed an immense strain on his heart and life.
Despite all the challenges, he has fought with incredible strength and resilience. But now, we are at a critical crossroads as the LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) that has kept his heart beating for the past 9 years is reaching the end of its lifespan. Doctors have confirmed that a heart transplant is necessary, and we need your help to make it possible.
Rohan's journey so far:
2013 – Rohan was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy for the first time.
2015 – His condition worsened, leading to the implantation of the LVAD machine (HeartWare) in Chennai by renowned Dr. K R Balakrishnan
2015 to Present – He has lived with the LVAD for 9 years, but his health has gradually declined.
Doctors now strongly recommend an urgent heart transplant as the only feasible long-term solution.
Throughout this journey, Rohan has endured countless hospital visits, medical complications, and lifestyle limitations. Despite all this, he has remained hopeful and determined to live a full life.
Why We Need Your Help:
A heart transplant is an extremely costly procedure, and without insurance, the financial burden is overwhelming. We are raising funds to cover:
✔️ Surgery Costs (703K AED ) – Transplant procedure, hospital fees, and medical expenses
✔️ Organ Logistics Charge (40K AED)
✔️ Post-Transplant Care for 3 months (210K AED) – Critical medications, regular follow-ups, and rehabilitation
