Lloyd "Freddy" Little is a lifetime resident of Bishop, CA. He has a large heart that is always willing to help his friends, family, and community. Unfortunately, his loving heart took a turn for the worse a few weeks ago. Freddy was flown out to Renown Hospital where they put two stents in his heart after suffering a heart attack.  Freddy went back to work and things seemed like they were getting better until last Friday. Freddy was not feeling well Friday afternoon and went to the Hospital. It was determined at this time, he had internal bleeding and was, once again, flown out to Renown. Freddy is currently at Renown and they are working on locating the source of the bleed. At this point, treatment options and his discharge are unclear.
While Freddy's family and friends are confident in his full recovery, there are serious financial impacts on Freddy and his wife Linda. Not only are there large medical bills piling up, but Freddy has also barely been able to work in the last few weeks. As Freddy is in Nevada for his medical care, there are also many costs associated with Linda being able to be out of State and by his side.
Freddy and Linda are very proud and humble people. I know this GoFundMe account may cause them discomfort and Freddy may disown me as his daughter-in-law, but it's worth the risk :). We are a mighty community. We stand alongside those who are in need. The quicker we can get funds to Freddy and Linda, the sooner the financial stressors can be reduced, and they can focus all of their energy on what is most important, Freddy's full recovery!
