Hello, my name is Gabby, and I am reaching out for your kindness and generosity on behalf of my grandma, Thim San Agustin, with her urgent medical expenses.

She has faced many health challenges, but right now, she is battling diabetes, kidney failure, and congestive heart failure (CHF). Recently, she was hospitalized, and doctors informed us that she will need heart surgery to extend her life.
