My name is Jacob Lopaka Decker, and I have aortic stenosis. I am currently waiting for my appointment at Queens Hospital to have heart surgery to correct the bad aortic valve. I also have to fix my right ventricle vein, which is completely blocked. I am unable to work until I am completely healed from surgery, so I will be out of work for at least two months. I need help paying everyday things like rent, phone bills, etc. Any help is highly appreciated. I am not one to ask for help like this, but while witnessing my wife struggle to make ends meet, I felt like this was one of the only ways I could help her help me.
