Heart Surgery for Sarah Mwegombi

Sarah is a mom to four kids and a wife to Joseph. 

Sarah and Joseph are people you want to have as friends and have as mentors for your children. 

That has been who they are to Josh and I. Joseph was the Head Master of the secondary school in Uganda and was a father to many, while Sarah was the manager of the Babies home and together they sacrificed every day to be parents to many who didn’t have as well as encouraged kids to strive academically. 

I owe so much to Joseph and Sarah for how they did so much for my family and countless others. 

Sarah needs a heart surgery to save her life. The medical device that is needed for her heart to function properly is $7000 and the hospital stay and aftercare is $1,449 for a total of $8,449. Joseph and Sarah’s friends and family in Uganda have come together to raise all but $2,749! That’s so amazing!!! 

We want to do the rest!! Sarah needs this surgery to save her life!
