Heart surgery for Leo

Our 1 & a half year old Labrador retriever Leo has a 1 in a million heart condition that is causing his heart to fail. He needs a very serious operation that can only be done by a cardiologist specialist in England (costing over €6000). Due to the corona virus, the specialist is not allowed to travel to Ireland by his company so Leo would have to travel to England for this surgery. Unfortunately, our insurance will not cover any of the cost of the surgery unless it is performed in Ireland. Leo doesn’t have a lot of time left as the medication he’s on now will only work for so long. My mam is disabled and my dad was forced to retire to be her carer & have already spent over €1500 on his vet costs so they simply cannot afford it. This is his last option and he’s had such a short life so far. Any donations at all no matter how small would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.
