Heart Surgery for baby Freya

Hello, my name is Kaylee. My best friend’s daughter, Freya, is just shy of 9 months old. At a doctors appointment they found out that she has AVSD. AVSD is a heart defect in which there are holes in between the chambers of the left and right sides of the heart. She also has a cleft in one of her valves. She will need surgery to correct this but we all know insurance companies aren’t always as helpful as we need them to be. With insurance they will still be paying thousands of dollars out of pocket. On top of the surgery itself, she’ll have a 1-2 week stay in Riley Hospital in Indianapolis so We are asking for your help. It will go towards travel expenses and the bill itself. No, you don’t have to make a donation, but you could share with somebody else who might have the funds to help even just a little bit.
