Hello everyone, my name is Antonio Miguel Laoyan and I am currently living in Harlow, Essex, UK. A friend of mine residing in La Trinidad Benguet, Philippines requires urgent medical assistance . Zyrelle Krisha Catian, 23 years of age, is a jolly, kind, loving, strong, and thoughtful individual. I have known Zyrelle since 2009 when we attended the same high school and I consider her as one of my closest friends to date. She is the kind of person who would always go the extra mile for people which is why it saddens me to have to write this right now. Zyrelle has first been diagnosed with a rare condition of stroke in the young and she has been in the hospital since the end of April. She was discharged after a month of staying in the hospital but unfortunately, she has been rushed back again and diagnosed with infective endocarditis amongst others. The doctor is urging the family to admit her in the Philippine Heart Center in Manila for an urgent heart valve replacement operation which would cost roughly around 800,000 - 1 million pesos( £17,000, $20,000) and the remainder of the collected funds(£6,000) would go to her needs post-treatment. She's currently on her 4th week of antibiotics and they are just waiting for her finish the 6th week of antibiotics which would then be around the 2nd week of July after which, they will bring her to Manila for the operation. Zyrelle's parents, family, and friends are seeking financial assistance to let her undergo the said operation. Once the funds are up, I will be wire transferring the funds to Richel L. Pagnas, Zyrelle's aunt in the Philippines. Furthermore, Zyrelle's mother, Hannah Langpuyas, is in Italy and has been stuck there since the pandemic started and is still recovering from Adenocarcinoma (cancer) of the cervix. She had her flight tickets rescheduled multiple times cause of Covid19. On the other hand, Zyrelle's father, Julio Catian, has been attending to his daughter's needs. On behalf of my high school class, we started this GoFundMe for our dear friend because she means a lot to all of us. She's definitely a fighter and we want to show her that she's not battling this journey alone. This donation will not only cover for her operation expenses and post-treatment but also for her other needs (e.g. Transportation from La Trinidad to Manila).
