Heart Preschool's Garden Revamp Project.
Donation protected
At Heart Preschool, we believe in providing a space where children can thrive, develop, and enjoy each other’s company. For the past six years, our children have loved spending time in our garden, learning new skills through play and exploring the world around them. However, our garden is starting to look tired and isn’t quite as safe and exciting as it could be.
Our Vision
We have a plan to transform our garden into a vibrant, fun, and safe outdoor learning environment. With your support, we want to:
- Level some parts of the ground to make it safe and smooth for the children
- Create a dedicated track where they can ride bikes and trikes
- Install a sensory-rich environment with astroturf and textured areas
- Build a mud kitchen with wood chip for imaginative play and creativity
- A designated area for under 1s to thrive and learn new skills
- New raised beds to grow herbs where children can grow their own produce for snack times.
Why This Matters
A well-designed outdoor space has a huge impact on the children’s development. By revamping our garden, we aim to:
- Enhance physical activity and coordination through active play
- Encourage imaginative play and creativity with sensory-rich textures
- Foster social skills and teamwork as children play together
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for learning.
Our Goal
To bring this vision to life, we need your help. Our target is £20,000, which will cover the cost of the groundwork, the installation of play areas, and the sensory features. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in the children’s learning experience.
How You Can Help
Please consider donating to our GoFundMe campaign to help us create an outdoor space where the children of Heart Preschool can grow, learn, and have fun. If you can’t donate, sharing this campaign with your friends and family will also make a big impact!
Thank you for supporting our preschool and the children who benefit from it every day. Together, we can make a lasting difference!
