Heart Of The Future

My name is Queen Oleyelogun and a graduate of childhood education with honours (Degree program).  I am representing Nigeria which is the pride of Africa in the Miss Africa Canada 2018 beauty pageant which will be taking place at Vaughan City Playhouse Threatre on September 18, 2018.

I grew up as a privileged child and I know what it means to live well. However, I also grew up around children and my peers who were as privileged as myself but didn’t have things easy at all for them. To the extent that after school, they would hawk food and other commodities to gather money for further education and upkeep.

I  told myself that I’d utilize any opportunity to make life better for the leaders of tomorrow. Before I decided to bring this mission to the public, I started giving out educational funds to help children in need with their school fees in Nigeria and seeing how it helps their families and transforms the orientation of the children, it motivated me to share.

The mission of this foundation is to use the influences I have both home and abroad to contribute to the advancement of young children and youth starting with my home country Nigeria, but not limited to that. This foundation is working on collaborating with Ondo state government (Nigeria) to provide educational scholarships and funds to children and youths.

I also aim to work hand-in-hand with agencies, states, countries, and NGO’s that can contribute to the growth of the leaders of tomorrow. Change does not happen overnight! Poverty and suffering would not change just by complaining but taking the right actions can change the world. Join me to be part of the agents of change by donating as little as you can to this mission.

You can give a child a better tomorrow as you extend your love to them by giving. You can change the life of a family today. You will be well recognized and appreciated for your contribution, be it in little quantity or small quantity, every cent counts.

Luke 6 vs 38: Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
