Heart of Gold Vinnie and Machelle

Vinnie Griffin couldn't say No to help fund raise for a good cause. At Vinz Wine Bar and Continental Deli, he held fundraisers for Wounded Warriors,  animals in need, local nonprofits including  Patio Playhouse and for his personal friends with cancer.  He helped friends and family when we needed it most even when he couldn't afford it himself.  Now we are asking for your help to raise funds for him. Vinnie has become seriously ill with complications from pneumonia and other infections, the latest a staph infection, in his blood, and has been in the hospital for 12 days now. Ever since Vinz Wine Bar closed it doors bills have been piling up and now these medical issues are preventing Vinnie from working. The medical bills are going to make it impossible for he and Machelle to make it.  Machelle has been working every day to make ends meet. Any little bit will help.  Vinnie has been an institution in Escondido and Vinz  Wine Bar is sorely missed. When Vinz closed, Vinnie was quoted as saying, "I loved being around all the people here,  I'm going to miss that the most".  It is urgent that Vinnie gets help soon, so that he can focus on his recovery and not have the stress of worrying if he is going to have a home to come home to when he leaves the hospital.   Thank you so much for all your support.
