Heart for Hearts | Care boxes for kids with congenital heart conditions

Throughout my life I will deal with a congenital heart condition but I am blessed to be surrounded by family, friends, and nurses who care about me. I want to be able to make an impact on kids dealing with similar problems and make the hospital visits more enjoyable. I want to raise funds to be able to put together boxes and gifts for these children and take them to the hospital. Not everyone has the family or community i’ve been blessed to have, so I want to bring happiness into their lives. Any amount helps!
