Recently, I experienced something that changed my life — I had a heart attack. Since then, my journey to recovery has been made so much easier thanks to the incredible support I’ve received from my local heart rehabilitation centre. The team there have supported, encouraged and guided me every step of the way, helping me rebuild my confidence and move forward after such a frightening experience. They do so much for people who are recovering from heart problems and other illnesses, giving people hope, support and the tools they need to continue their journey. I now want to give something back to the people who have given me so much, which is why I want to raise money for the centre. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help them continue supporting others on their road to recovery.
