Heart AED devices for Dashiell & Becket

Hi Friends, Last year my twin boys (Dashiell & Becket) were diagnosed with a heart condition, an anomalous right coronary artery arising from the left coronary sinus. This is something they were born with, it means one of each of their heart arteries has formed differently than what is considered normal. This diagnosis carries a risk of sudden fatal arrhythmia and an AED is medically necessary during high intensity sports. As many of you know they are enthusiastic athletes, (basketball, soccer, fencing). Unfortunately, this life saving device is not covered under our insurance because they claim it is an "investigational" device. I would not normally be reaching out for help, but as many of you know I have been out of work due to the WGA / SAG strikes for the past 6 months. If I can raise money for the AED's I will be taking a class to learn how to administer them, and will be bringing them to their sporting games. Any donations will be so greatly appreciated.
