Cody's hearing aid assistance

Hello all,
Some of you may already know me. For those that don't. My name is Cody Arnould. I have recently reached the age of 30 and have been living, as I call it, borrowed time due to the fact I was diagnosed with a childhood leukemia at the age of 15. The leukemia is considered a childhood disease affecting children at age of 2-5 years old. As you can see this has factor has already gone against me because of my age when diagnosed.
Now I have had a good life, made a modest living considering the hardships that have come afterwards. My mother passing way, my dad have sub sequencing heart attacks requiring him to be cared for while I’ve keeping my dog Emma. alive with chemo treatments (she was diagnosed with stage 5 lymphoma and was doing good but recently relapsed and it appears she has given up as she is no longer eating, hopefully this is because her lymph nodes are making it hard to swallow) These bills have hit 13k (chemo, ulcer of the eye, hospital bill, etc)
As you can figure, all this have taken its toll on myself.. Physically and emotionally. Over the past 6 months I have not been my usual self. Emotionally it has drained me to see my little one sick along with keeping up with my father's doctor visit and his medicine (already gone over 10k the year alone) (running way more than normal due to no insurance. Physically I’ve neglected myself. My hearing being one which causes issues at home, social, work not being able to hear. Work for another, meetings and such, if I do not have my hearing aid loans from my doctor I feel would've not be able to hear most of my meetings.
As per goFundme suggestions, I would hope to meet or get close to my goal within 4 months or so in order to get the hearing aids I need , but honestly whatever it takes I would do If soem lucky chance this goes over the amount, the left over will go to treatment for Emma and savings for dad until he qualifies for health insurnace. (his monthly Social Security could not allow him to live on his own if he had to enter the market place to get insurance and thus must wait to get medicare.
While I don’t build, create, or do the things you see on crowdsource. I can offer computer assistance anyway possible, and if you do not have access to what is called plex… I Can at least offer that as my way of thanks.
From the my heart, thank you for all your assistance, giving me the opportunity to hear by my audiologist by using demos have made life a 10 fold in hearing and understanding. I am sad that my insurance doesn’t cover this and nor doe the health insurance benefit from a third party doesn’t offer other financial means besides one that requires perfect credit)
