Help Steven Bring Nutritious Meals to Stockton

My name is Steven, A proud Stockton native and United States veteran and I’m working to bring healthier food options to the working professionals of Stockton, California. After spending time downtown, especially near the new courthouse, I noticed there are very few choices for nutritious meals during the busy workday. This inspired me to create a food cart that offers gourmet salads and fruit refreshers, giving people a fresh and exciting alternative for lunch.

I’ve already built a custom food cart, acquired a commercial hand washing station, and purchased a truck and trailer to transport my cart to Weber Street near the courthouse. As a veteran, I hope to serve the working class professionals of Stockton by providing convenient, healthy meals.

Now, I’m seeking support to cover the final steps: securing a contract with a commissary for proper waste disposal, completing a background check, and having my cart and trailer inspected as required by the city.

With temperatures in Stockton often soaring above 100 degrees, I want to offer refreshing menu options like spinach and strawberry salad with A homemade vinaigrette, cucumber salads with toasted sesame seeds, and fruit-based drinks such as cucumber-lime-mint, mango-lime, and strawberry-pineapple refreshers.
