Healthy 19 year old goes into renal failure

My precious, 19 year old, perfectly healthy brother-in-law, Jorge, suddenly went into renal failure last week. His kidneys have completely shut down. He is in the hospital in ICU in critical condition. They have started dialysis. He is having seizures.  He is fighting for his life. This is a wonderful, kind kiddo with a big, huge heart of gold. His dad (single father) and younger brother are terrified. Their dad isn’t working, as he is at the hospital with Jorge everyday. Bills are mounting and they have lost their income.  Any help would be such a blessing and would be more appreciated than you could possibly imagine.
