Healthcare Litigation: Racial Bias, Bureaucratic Defense

This is specifically a legal defense fund. My father has been falsely accused for healthcare malpractice from the state of Tennessee. We are currently in Bowling Green Kentucky and have been living here since 2005. My father has been working in healthcare for two decades until 2022. Due to system updates, his supervisor found his name in the Tennessee abuse registry. I am attaching the 2005 letter that was sent to me but he never received. He had moved in 2005 from Tennessee to Kentucky because he wanted a better lifestyle and racial bias was being present in his workplace. He had certifications and was well on his way to living the American dream. He has stayed as a CNA in Bowling Green, Kentucky out of fear of racial discrimination again. Since this is a healthcare litigation case, it cannot be fought by an NGO. My father has been exhausting. All of his funds: 401(k), savings, and family resources. I myself have been trying to find a job just to help him out, but I have no luck at the moment. He was also laid off a month ago from his job at a factory. We thought that since it was a 20 year-old case, it could be resolved.

There is actually no evidence against him because it may have been lost in the 2010 Tennessee flood. In the previous court we went to, they rejected/dismissed our case and we are fighting still. This is one of the last resorts we can get to. Please help if you can as this not only affects one individual but a government policy that affects thousands of families in healthcare. We are the only ones that are willing to even fight. We've been fighting since 2022 when it opened.
