Health Issues are causing me to move.

I am Debby Stevens. I am a retired teacher from Colorado currently living in Georgia. Unfortunately I have Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) that has recently progressed from stage 3 to stage 4, out of 5, which means I am going to be on dialysis in the near future.
I was also recently told I am in Heart Failure. My left ventricle is too weak to pump properly. I was told this causes the right side to try & make up for the left's weakness. It will eventually wear out my heart. The cardiologist said it doesn't help that I also have resistance hypertension.
And I have also been evaluated & told I am a Fall Risk. So basically at 73, I'm falling apart. My doctors have recommended that I move back to Colorado so I will be around family & friends if I need help.
Unfortunately, on my retirement income, I don't have enough money to move. I have tried to get a loan or have my credit card limit raised. When I truthfully told them why, I was turned down... probably because they think I might not be around long enough to pay it back.
I have never had to beg for anything in my life. I have worked since I was 14 at any kind of job I could get to earn the things I needed or wanted. It is extremely hard for me to ask people to donate to help me to move, but I have no other choice at this point.
Little donations can add up if enough people feel like they can help. I can only offer my gratitude in return. Thank you.
