health assistance care for Raleigh Kuhlman

Raleigh Kuhlman is a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran who is currently moving back to a living assisted home due to a double leg amputee. This surgery was caused by his exposure to Agent Orange while serving aboard the USS St. Paul, which was stationed two miles off the coast of Vietnam in the bay Da Nang. After multiple attempts to file a claim with the VA for exposure to Agent Orange and with the supporting documentation to support his claim, in which Raleigh performed the research himself, the government keeps denying his claim due to not being boots on the ground; despite the chemical spilling into the air and the waters around his ship. Furthermore, due to the exposure of Agent Orange my father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease seven years ago.

Raleigh Kuhlman is my father and this page will raise funds for his care. Any excess monetary will be donated to his local VFW chapter in Mesquite, NV. As a  Army vet myself, taking care of veterans is a task that our government should be performing, but since they are not doing their job, let's show how the actual government of the United States (the people) take care of their veterans.
