Hi my name is lynne and I'm fundraising for the opportunity to learn Reiki and acupuncture with the hope to perform community based healing.

I'm a single mum whom has truly struggled this past year with my health. I suffer with trigeminal neuralgia and cervical and spiral stenosis. Living in pain while working and parenting became very overwhelming. This past year i was forced to stop work due to my health condition. This left me feeling worthless.

During this time at home, I have wondered how I could contribute to the community even with a health condition.

I've always had a passion for healing others. I worked in outreach at a homeless service and saw how much pain people carry. Having been through a lot of Trauma myself, i know this can turn into physical pain over years.

My journey to healing began with group community acupuncture which was truly incredible and also Reiki. I found both profoundly healing and started a journey to better self care and self awareness. Coupled with mindfulness and meditation.

THE DREAM:

I feel so passionate about learning both Acupuncture and Reiki. I'd like to bring this to the community at lower prices and for free for those that would struggle to afford it.

I'd love to do group community sessions with adults and children to bring a bit of light to the community and help anyone looking to heal.

Unfortunately due to the type of courses I'm looking to do I'm unable to get any government funding.

I've added up how much each course costs. Reiki level 1,2,3, And Acupuncture. as well as other insightful courses to support the journey.

I will share each achievement along the way.

This dream makes me feel so happy and inspired. I cannot wait to get started.

Once qualified I'd be happy to offer free sessions to anyone who been kind enough to donate.
