Lets make Sophia’s birthday a happy one
To our family and friends,
It is with a pain that words cannot express that we share the news of our dear sister and daughter, Sophia’s, tragic passing. In her life cut too short, Sophia was the anchor of our family. She was always the one to bring people together, and in her passing, she is still reminding us of that important lesson.
Our family has been apart for years and reconnected with some, and while there has been distance between us, Sophia’s memory is a bridge that can bring us back. We know that many of you may have heard of the tragic events here in Sacramento , and we want to reach out directly to you. This terrible loss is a shared grief, and we need each other now more than ever.
We have started this fund to help us all honor Sophia’s memory together. The funds will cover her celebration of life, memorial and her kids own well being which matters above all else. Allowing all of us to have a place to say goodbye.
More than a donation, we are asking for your presence and your love. We are opening our arms and our hearts, hoping to come together to support each other and honor the beautiful soul we all miss. If you have been separated from us, please know that now is a time for forgiveness and for family. The hospital will be doing a walk of honor for her. Her blood type is the most valuable. Our family’s blood! Being Type O as an organ donor means her sacrifice will save so many lives! They called her a hero! I already know she’s mine. They will allow her mother and I to walk her down the hallway in a walk of honor. Every doctor and nurse will make a path and clap and smile and cheer her on while she is carried by the ones that have been by her side everyday till she finally leaves this world into the operating room where they will then use the valuable parts of her she decided to give while she had them. They will send us pictures of everyone’s life she saves in her honor. Sophia always took care of sometimes someone she didn’t even know and she gets not only us family but those people who are now no longer strangers to her. Show her the appreciation she always needed and wanted. If they will do this? What will you do to show your appreciation in this last moment? A picture/video of you and her? A comment of your favorite moment or love for her and her family? And most definitely a repost and share everywhere you can! She will always love you all. This is her playlist everyone that has been here with her everyday has contributed to since we started this difficult battle. She has been listening to it everyday. She always loved listening to music. It was playing next to her when she left this world on August 15th, 2025. Give it a listen and feel her.
