Medical care and Expenses

Monday 4/30 I was in a car accident after a van incorrectly merged into my lane. I swerved but lost control of my car and hit the dividing wall of interstate 31 head on.  After being rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery I had a metal rod placed in my leg from knee to ankle with 6 metal screws. I had an open compound fracture meaning my tibia and fibula were both broken and had pierced through my skin. I was discharged on Thursday May 3rd and will receive physical therapy from my home for the next few weeks. I am home bound which means aside from necessary trips to the doctor and church I cannot leave my home. I will be unable to work for 6-8 weeks. With no income and no insurance I need help covering surgery and other expenses during this odd period in life. I would really appreciate your help in fundraising to make this transition possible!
