Hi! My name is Alyssa Desfosse, and I am dedicated to making comfortable, accessible hoodies for pediatric psych ward patients. Mental health is no easy journey, and some situations and crises call for more help. Children oftentimes are provided with paper clothing and dont have access to their own clothes due to safety hazards. No child should have to worry about their clothing or comfort while receiving treatment. Some patients are less fortunate than others, or come from different circumstances. In my mission, I am creating safe, cozy hoodies for children to wear while receiving care.
