Hi everyone I am fundraising for my best friend Shelly Imburgia’s daughter Taylor. She has been unable to work or drive for over 2 years now as she has been suffering from epilepsy. She was diagnosed about 2 years ago after having multiple grand mal seizures that landed her in the emergency room several times.

However, her neurologist now suspects that she has been having ongoing undetectable “focal” seizures for a very long time. These unfortunate circumstances have led to a very low quality of life for Taylor. A few days ago, she underwent brain surgery to have a special type of “sEEG”done and she will be monitored for a week by surgically implanted electrodes to try and find a solution to minimize the seizures and ultimately give hope to return her to a quality of life everyone deserves. This will be a very long road so hope and prayers are definitely needed. Shelly is the kind of person that would give her last dollar to a person in need. It has been financially draining taking care of Taylor and this next upcoming year is going to require a lot of financial aid to help keep Taylor safe and comfortable during this process. As everyone knows, medical bills are debilitating. Shelly‘s other best friend Monica Andrews and I just feel helpless so I thought we would give this a try and maybe take some pressure off of Shelly so she can focus on caring for her daughter Taylor. Any help is appreciated
