On 5/3/26, my life changed in an instant when I was shot at Arcadia Lake. I suffered gunshot wounds to both of my legs and now face a long road to recovery. After multiple hospital visits and ongoing medical treatment, I will need intensive rehabilitation to learn how to walk again. Along with the physical pain and emotional trauma, the medical bills and daily expenses are becoming overwhelming.
