It’s safe to say there is no human quite like Rendel Daisy Leatherman.
It’s very likely she’s made you laugh—hard, brought you homemade bone broth when you were sick, taught you how to breathe while holding a plank, gave you an energy session, helped you move, cooked for you, outdanced you on the dance floor, out crafted you at arts & crafts night and maybe even pissed you off a little when she unapologetically shot you with the truth.
The size of Ren’s community and the fact that it expands through so many time zones and diverse genres and continues to grow speaks volumes about how she moves through the world.
That woman knows how to Show Up.
Okay, here’s the deal—
Ren was recently diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer.
She will be starting chemo very soon.
In exquisite Rendel fashion, one of the first texts she sent out was:
“I’ll have to do chemo.
Good thing I look good with short hair.”
It’s time for us to SHOW UP for our girl while she takes this shitty-shitty situation and triumphs through with grit, grace, and perfectly executed comedic timing.
