Before she was 2 years old, my daughter suffered a medically induced injury causing issues with her gut and brain. She went from being healthy and meeting her milestones to a complete stop in true verbal communication and a reduced physical ability for tolerance in many things. It's as if lights that were always on, were not only dimmed in some areas - but turned off in others all together. Melina was diagnosed with Autism 1 month before her 3rd birthday confirming my assumptions after months of worry. I had already begun researching and found various tests that could be done to get a better picture of what was going on.
Testing uncovered that certain materials did not excrete as they do for some but instead crossed the blood brain barrier causing brain inflammation, damage and even gut dysbiosis. Materials like Aluminum, thimerosal, arsenic, lead - and I'd like to say the list goes on - because it did. All this began a 7 year long journey to get to where we are today, the details of which I will be sharing in other videos to come. I hope that by sharing, I'm able to help any parent out there navigating a similar experience. Melina has come incredibly far. I cannot wait to share how all her hard work has been paying off. But her journey still continues.
I have always been prepared to do anything if it meant her having a better quality of life. This is why I'm here. Melina has the opportunity to get stem cell treatment. I have spoken directly with their Neurologist and he's developed a treatment plan. I've also spoken with parents who have done this and have found that all say universally the same thing. They can't wait to do the treatments again!
The cost for the 5 day treatment in full is $25,000 Canadian. I am hopeful that you find Melina's journey one that you'd like to support as the goal is to afford at least 2 treatments for now. Ideally we do this as soon as possible - as neuroplasticity reduces slowly with age. There is even availability for treatment as early as march of 2026. If you're able to share this gofundme link or support by following along, it would mean so much! If you're able to donate - truly every little bit helps. God bless you all and thank you for taking the time to read, donate and spread the word.
