Healing Jeremy Grace

Donation protected

Dear Friends and Family,

On Wednesday, September 2nd I took Jeremey to an Urgent Care, after a couple of weeks of severe stomach discomfort. He thought it was a bad ulcer or possibly something worse, like his gallbladder. He was quickly directly to St. Joseph's ER. There, they conducted a CT scan and what we learned next turned our lives upside down. He was told there was a mass obstructing his colon 95%, along with other spots in his abdomen; it was stage IV colon cancer.

They recommended a new advanced treatment called HIPEC at U of M, Ann Arbor. Jeremy’s health was quickly deteriorating and the pain was becoming unbearable, we left St. Joseph and I took him to the U of M ER, Friday afternoon. At U of M things happened quickly. The doctors were speaking with us almost every hour. They had determined that an emergency life saving surgery needed to be performed. The surgeon removed the mass causing the obstruction along with 9 lymph nodes, 18" inches of his colon, and placed an ostomy bag in his transverse colon. He recoverd in the hospital for 7 days, and now continues his recovery in home.

We are staying positive and Jeremy plans on healing this, if you are close with Jeremy then you already know how strong and determined he is. He has completely changed his mindset and has started this long journey of healing the body, mind and spirit, all together. He is staying strong and most importantly is asking for positive prayers and healing energy to come his way.

This has been a tremendously life changing experience for both of us. Our energies and time are now being redirected to focus on research, learning, healing, praying and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. He is working with U of M and all other available avenues of healing including holistic doctors, natural remedies, very specific organic diet changes, Rick Simpson oil, supplements, mental and spiritual support, energy work, eliminating stress, oxygen and vitamin C treatments. All of this has obviously been a huge and unexpected added financial expense on our family. Currently, Jeremy has been unable to work, as he is not allowed to lift more than 10 lbs, so what he can do has its limititations, but he is definitely pushing the limits as Jeremy would :)

Before they schedule chemotherapy, Jeremy wants to take a family trip out west. It would be for his birthday and he knows it will help put him in a more positive mindset for his healing process. I would love to make his wish come true. Our babies will be with us too, of course (Axl and Amora). I believe it will be very healing for his spirt.

If you are able to provide support financially in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. It would go towards covering medical bills, living expenses, treatments and holistic healing that is not covered by insurance, as well as our trip and helping cover costs while we are gone.

He has been blown away by the help and prayers that are coming to him from around the world, and how many people have been so kind and supportive already. We are both humbled by this entire experience.

We thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts.

Lots of Love,

Ania, Jeremy, Axl &  Amora

P.S. I know this may end up being shared on Facebook, unfortunately if you leave a msg for Jeremy there he will NOT get it. He has not been on his page for about 5 years and he cannot access it, you can send a msg thru this platform or Email him at [email redacted]
