Hey everybody. Our fearless leader who has always been there for everyone of us in the music community in all of our times of need now needs our help in return. Our dear friend Terri Sussman, that so many of you know and love, very seriously fractured her back and has been in the hospital, skilled nursing, and home health for a total of 11 months already with no clear end in sight of when her medical problems will get better. While in the hospital she developed life threatening complications that have really made the matter hard for the doctors to deal with. If you know Terri you know that she would never want us to ask for help for her even though she has helped so many in Arizona over the last 20 years. But we felt it’s the least we could do after all she has done for everyone else in the music community and so many other worthy causes where she has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, all strictly volunteer, and has never asked for anything in return. She’s quiet about her contributions, and never takes credit for all she has done.
We’ll be putting more information in here but we wanted to get this started as the expenses are looming. It’s been pretty devastating financially to her and continues to be so. We plan on doing some musical events and fundraisers and even at-home concerts that we will live stream, and will put more bio info for any of you who might not know her. Or know her story. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for whatever help you can provide. You all know that she’s an incredibly private person and never burdens anyone with her own problems, and she was very reluctant to agree to having us do any of this for her. But if the tables were reversed she would have insisted that we let her do it for us and so she finally agreed to let us do this for her.
