Cecelia Reagan is a free-spirited individual who gives generously of herself and she has changed the lives of many through her gifts and talents. Recently she has gone through some health difficulties which have left her without the means to support herself and her two beautiful feline companions. We are trying to lighten her load by raising funds to help her during this transition.
