Healing Garden Fundraiser - Planksgiving Edition!
Donation protected
Hi everyone! As some of you may know, in ‘92, my mother lost her battle with Leukemia. Before she passed, her wish was to have a relaxing outdoor sanctuary where future patients, friends, and family could find solace during their, or their loved ones, cancer treatments. My dad decided to do just that, and through his love of music, started the annual Healing Garden benefit concerts. All the money he raises goes towards building these beautiful gardens in her memory. So far, SIX Healing Gardens have been built in my mother’s memory in the US and Canada. Though some of these gardens are still in need of additional funds to be completed.
Fast forward to 2021 - It goes without saying that Matt and Mark Nolan are 2 of the most wonderful human beings you'll ever cross paths with. Everyone at the gym will forever be indebted to these guys for opening a place where everyone feels like family. They have such passion for boxing and creating an environment where you can get an incredible workout, and gain countless skills to becoming a force to be reckoned with in the ring.
The Nolan Brothers will be hosting their Annual Planksgiving class on 11/25/21, and have so graciously offered to make the Healing Gardens their charity of choice this year. Let's get sweaty and make a little extra room for that second serving of pie!
100% of the class donations will go toward funding future and current healing gardens. You can donate as little as 5 dollars to attend class. :)
I speak for everyone in my family by saying that we are forever grateful to everyone who has donated to this unbelievable cause since my father Terry kicked off the first concert over 20 years ago! I love each and every one of you! - Julie
